We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was equipped with a rain shower and an adjustable shower head, which was a nice touch. The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the undercover parking and the convenient location, with shops and amenities nearby. we had a wonderful experience at Fletcher Hotel.

The beds were comfortable in our room. Hotel's position was very close to tourist spots like Nedereindse Plas. Car parking was provided to the guests.

fletcher definitely impressed during our stay in nieuwegein. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. the free underground parking was a great perk and the hotel was spotlessly clean. we also appreciated the on-site restaurant and the delicious breakfast. we will definitely be back!

The hotel is characterized by nice staff, cleanliness and a good breakfast. Also the bar and the restaurant are good.

The hotel and the rooms are getting on in years. A renovation would do good and improve the price/performance ratio.

The location is very good and the breakfast buffet was also delicious.

Unfortunately, they only want to speak English. It's hard to believe that they can't speak or at least understand German, but I think it's a pity.

Exceptional Service

We recently had a stopover at this hotel during our holiday and were blown away by the exceptional service we received. Unfortunately, our car was broken into while it was parked in the hotel's underground car park, but the staff, particularly the Day Manager named Debby, went above and beyond to help us out. Not only did they swiftly complete the police report and arrange for our car window to be repaired, but they even searched the surrounding area for our belongings. Although they didn't find anything at first, they eventually located our suitcase and promptly returned it to us. We were incredibly impressed by their concern and helpfulness during this stressful situation. Despite the unfortunate incident, we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great breakfast. Good choice. Room and bed were great.

Coffee maker. It takes quite a long time to get a cup of coffee when there are about 10 people waiting. Perhaps it should offer additional filter coffee on the tables when coaches spend the night.

Relaxed staff, friendly and helpful

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, its fantastic facilities, and convenient parking. Its location to the Utrecht town centre was also very accessible with a nearby bus stop. We enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant and the complimentary breakfast. The staff was also exceptional, providing excellent service.

We strongly recommend the hotel and staff. We liked the location, really close to Park Oudegein. Wonderful base for a weekend in Nieuwegein.

I had a wonderful stay at a nice hotel that was recently renovated. The free Wi-fi and delicious breakfast with a great selection of food made my mornings enjoyable. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to provide my company's invoice details every time I stayed. I would recommend this hotel for its nice amenities and pleasant atmosphere.

Good value for money, the rooms are very well decorated and designed. Great sauna&swimming pool (open early), friendly staff, easy access from the highway.

Check in and check out was slow and long winded, getting a table in the restaurant was annoyingly difficult, getting served at the bar was hard work.
